Demonstration of inspection of electronics using Eyebot machine vision system - Eyebot is inspecting the Ball Grid Array IC packages (BGA's) for double balls, in addition to missing or damaged balls. Eyebot is being strobed in this application. Since Eyebot is trainable, the application is easily setup.
